We create gluten-free, paraben-free, eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and vegan lipsticks. We offer a range of wearable shades in a unique buildable formula, which allows for a great customizable color pay off. Cupid & Psyche believes in beauty that gives back. A percentage of our profits are donated to saving bees and animal non-profits including the Pollinator Partnership, Elephant Nature Park, Humane Society International and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

Yes. All our lipsticks and nail lacquers are currently handcrafted in the USA.
We are bee-friendly, therefore we do not use beeswax. As a vegan company, we do not use animal based dyes such as carmine (cochineal dye), guanine, tallow, and squalene.
Our lipsticks use FDA approved cosmetic dyes approved for lip use. The individual colors do not contain all of the listed dyes. This is a blanket label statement to cover the entire range of lipsticks. FDA approved dyes have been extensively tested by the Food and Drug Administration for their safety. Fruit and vegetable colorants are not currently FDA approved for use in colorants.
The cosmetic industry is largely self-regulating with regard to the ingredients used, except that the color components are strictly regulated. If a company states that their COLOR comes from non-approved ingredients, then they are flat out not in compliance with the FDA and are subject to a warning letter, fines, and possibly seizure of their products. We make sure we are always in FDA compliance for our customer’s safety.

Our formula is non-toxic, cruelty-free and vegan. Every one of our raw ingredients are made in the USA. Each bottle is hand crafted in the USA and is packaged with reduced plastic and paper waste. All of our nail lacquers are FREE of the top 11 toxic ingredients found in most nail polishes including : Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP - Dibutyl Phthalate, Camphor, Formaldehyde Resin, Xylene, Parabens, Phthalates, Ethyl Tosylamide, Triphenyl Phosphate, Fragrance.
In addition to our non-toxic formula, all our nail lacquers and top and base coats are formulated with Marula Oil to moisturize and protect your nails from manicure to manicure.
Currently, we ship within the US and to Canada and the UK. If you would like us to ship to another country, please email us at info@cupidandpsychebeauty.com, and we will see if we can set up a custom shipping option for you.
If you need us to cancel an order, please email customerservice@cupidandpsychebeauty.com ASAP and be sure to include your order number in your note. We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! Once an order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel the order, and it will need to be processed as a return.
